SECTION 3 - DESIGN OWNERSHIP

I, Gabrielle Padro, owner of Padro Paper, claim ownership and all intellectual property rights and all copyright information of all designs and logos used on Padro Paper. By visiting this site you agree to these terms and understand that the designs used are for my use and my use only. You may share my designs on social media if you credit Padro Paper, but you may, in no way, claim the designs as your own or use my designs without direct permission. 

SECTION 4 - LEGAL RIGHTS OF MYSELF AND THE ORIGINAL CREATORS

Padro Paper significantly and substantially transforms pop culture and gaming references into designs of my (Gabrielle Padro’s) own. All original creators have been contacted. The designs used on Padro Paper are legal under the fair use policy. If, for whatever reason, the original creator by whom the designs created by myself were inspired decides that they are unfair or terms need to be changed, then I, Gabrielle Padro, will happily engage in a professional discussion regarding the terms and use of the designs. 

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES 
Prices for my products are subject to change without notice. 
I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. 
I shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. 

SECTION 6 - LIMITED EDITION ITEMS
Certain products may be available exclusively on Instagram @Padropaperco  in the form of giveaways. These items have potential to be released on this website as "Limited Edition" items, meaning there will be a limited number of stock available until said item is sold out permanently. The limited edition items in my store abide by the cancellation policy.
I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of my products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 
I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited. I do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. If there are complications with your order and the item is then out of stock, please email me at padropaperco@gmail.com and I can help you get a replacement if need be.

SECTION 7 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 
I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with me. I may, in my sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that I make a change to or cancel an order, I may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. I reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in my sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at my store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that I can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

I may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that I determine in my sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website.
